We start by analysing people on the basis of their Values Profile. This provides not only valuable information about personal, team and organisations values, drives and value systems, but also gives insight in the system dynamics within the organisation.
Explaination on what consultancy we do
Together, the system dynamics, value systems and values provide clear indications for where to start in the transition: in the People Quadrant, the Organisational Quadrant or the Navigational Quadrant. For each box in each quadrant several tools are available.
The three quadrants are inextricably linked to each other. An apparent problem in one of the quadrants more than once is a symptom of an underlying problem in another quadrant.
With our Values Profile we are able to thoroughly address the root problems. Once these are fixed, the organisation starts performing better and people know what to do, can make decisions in the spirit of the mission, vision and strategy and start loving doing their jobs.
